Please Read Carefully:
1. Once I receive this form back. I will contact you and let you know of my availability.
2. I will email you the invoice for 50% of the total cost with a contract. The contract must be filled out and returned before I can begin. Shipping fees are not included in the above fees. The deposit fee is non-refundable.
3. Once I receive the deposit fee I will call you over the phone or send you a text to arrange our phone meeting or we can FaceTime to discuss my vision for the composition. Please make sure you've emailed me a photograph of the subject.
4. I will send you a rough thumbnail sketch of the composition and contact you to discuss before starting to paint. Once we agree on composition and colors I will begin painting.
5. Once painting is half way completed I will send you the final payment invoice. Once final payment is received, I will complete the painting and ship it to you. Shipping is an addition fee and it will differ depending on the size of the painting.
6. It will take approximately 2-4 weeks for me to complete the painting depending on the size. Acrylic paintings are faster shipping because they dry quicker. Oil paintings it will take at least 2 months before it's dry enough to be shipped. Then it will take another 3 months to be completely dry in your home. If you are in my local area then this will not be an issue.
7. Please note that commissions are for personal use only. If you want to use the artwork for commercial use, you must let me know and I must give you copyright permission.
